Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill is located in the prestigious Marylebone area of London’s West End, overlooking the gardens of Portman Square and just moments from Oxford Street and Hyde Park. Duties and responsibilities related to the Waiter/ess role

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests within the VIP and Club Lounge, ensuring a high-quality dining experience
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all menu items and provide accurate recommendations to guests
• Assist guests throughout their visit, addressing requests promptly and resolving any concerns or complaints professionally
• Perform opening and closing procedures in line with established standards for the assigned outlet
• Monitor stock levels and operating supplies, minimising spoilage and reducing wastage
• Provide guests with relevant information about the hotel, including services, facilities, and amenities
• Ensure the lounge and service areas are consistently clean, organised, and presentable
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and exceed expectations

About you
We are looking for a passionate and service-focused individual with a keen eye for detail and a genuine interest in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Previous experience in a similar food and beverage role is highly advantageous, ideally within a hotel or hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced setting, while maintaining high service standards at all times.
