Full job description

We are a small Italian restaurant in the heart of Manchester city centre (7 tables) and we are looking for a full-time all-rounder to join our team.

This role is suitable ONLY for Italian native speakers.

Italian must be your first language.

The role includes:

  • Floor service (taking orders, serving food and drinks, customer care)
  • Bar service (coffee, drinks, basic cocktails)
  • Working independently during quiet hours
  • Managing the restaurant alone when required (small venue)

Working days & hours:

  • Saturday: 11:30 – 23:00
  • Sunday: 11:30 – 23:00
  • Monday: 11:30 – 23:00
  • Tuesday: 11:30 – 23:00
  • Wednesday morning: optional / varies depending on business needs

The core working days and hours (Saturday to Tuesday) are fixed.

The Wednesday shift may change from week to week and is mainly to cover holidays of other staff members or busier periods such as public holidays and festive seasons.

For this reason, the rota may occasionally vary.

You must be comfortable working on your own during quieter shifts and taking full responsibility for the service.
