An all plant-based at the heart of Borough Market created from the minds who brought you Mildreds. We pride ourselves in high-end vegan cuisine and stunning cocktails. A great opportunity exists to join our well-established kitchen teams providing high standard of plant-based food. Our kitchens are fast paced environments, where you need to focus on being attentive & committed to deliver a great plate of food every time in a safe environment. Working with FOH to ensure that each guest’s experience is brilliant.   • Runs daily shift briefs with collective BOH and FOH team
  • Organizational and problem-solving abilities – keeping things running smoothly.
  • Able to train the teams on changing seasonal menus, can review success and put corrective measures in place
  • Financially focus to maximise the revenue, cater to guests needs, while ensuring the labour and GP are maintained within budgets
  • Disciplined and with good time management to complete all duties in timely manner.
  • Compliance with health and food safety regulations.
