Wild is a farm-to-table restaurant rooted in seasonality, sustainability, and craftsmanship. We cook with produce grown on our farm and sourced from a trusted network of local growers, foragers, and makers. Our food is ingredient-led, thoughtful, and ever-evolving with the seasons. We're offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our opening kitchen team.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, close-knit brigade working in a dynamic and supportive environment—where creativity is encouraged, ingredients are respected, and no detail is too small.

Role Overview

As a Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your section, preparing and executing dishes that reflect our farm-to-table ethos. You'll work closely with the Sous and Head Chef to maintain high standards of preparation, flavour, and presentation, while also contributing to menu development and daily inspiration from the produce we grow and gather.

Key Responsibilities

Run a section with care, precision, and pride—both in prep and serviceCook and present seasonal dishes to a high standard

Help manage mise en place to support a smooth, focused service

Work with produce directly from our farm and support ongoing preservation projects

Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and consistency throughout your section

Be a team player, ready to support and communicate with the wider brigade

Take an active interest in new ingredients, techniques, and ideas

Requirements

Previous experience in a quality-focused kitchen environment

A love of great produce and seasonal cooking

Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude

A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail

Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a creative, collaborative kitchen
