Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Servers / Waiters / Waitresses to join our team. The successful candidate will play an important role in creating exceptional guest experiences by delivering attentive service in our fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all guests.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure prompt delivery.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of menu items, drinks, and specials to confidently guide guest choices.
  • Deliver attentive table service while maintaining high standards of presentation and professionalism.
  • Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organised, and set to the highest standards.
  • Organise the setup of the event and relay for the next event.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues quickly to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
  • Support team members during busy service periods to maintain seamless operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, well-presented, and guest-focused.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
