Guest Services Administrator

Who We Are

Westwood Lakes is a family-run holiday and fishing retreat on the outskirts of Boston, Lincolnshire. With 31 luxury holiday lodges, seven scenic lakes, an on-site café, bar, and bait & tackle shop, we provide a peaceful getaway for anglers and holidaymakers. Our friendly team works hard to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and deliver a stay guests will always remember.

The Role

We’re looking for a friendly, organised Guest Services Administrator to join our reception team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a busy, varied environment. You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests while also handling essential admin tasks behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and assist with general enquiries.
  • Managing linen ordering and deliveries
  • Create and update bookings using our online system and take payments both over the telephone and face-to-face.
  • Communicate with guests, suppliers, and colleagues in person, by phone, and by email.
  • Support other departments occasionally to ensure smooth site operations.

What You’ll Need

  • Customer service experience, ideally in hospitality or leisure.
  • A confident, helpful manner with great communication skills.
  • Computer literacy and a good eye for detail.
  • The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Hours & Availability

  • part-time: 12-16 hours per week.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and during school holidays is essential.

Pay: £12.85-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 16.0 per week
