The Role

As a Self-Employed Mortgage & Protection Advisor, you will be responsible for:

• Advising clients on mortgage and protection solutions
• Managing the client journey from initial enquiry through to completion
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Maximising opportunities from provided leads
• Delivering excellent customer service and compliant advice
• Growing your own client bank and referral network

About You

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)
• CAS status
• A minimum of 24 months' mortgage advisory experience
• Strong knowledge of mortgage and protection products
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
• A self-motivated and proactive approach
• A driven and determined mindset with a desire to succeed
