Business Development Team Manager
As a Business Development Team Manager, you’ll lead a team of talented professionals who help customers choose Sage as their trusted partner. This role goes beyond sales you’ll play a key part in developing people, driving innovation, and shaping exceptional customer experiences from first interaction through to long-term success.
What You’ll Do
Develop and inspire your team by coaching individuals to grow their skills, confidence, and impact—enabling consistently exceptional customer engagement.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to scale, automate, and streamline processes, ensuring a seamless and
efficient customer journey.
Lead cross-functional collaboration, partnering across the business to shape and evolve Sage’s Finance, HCM, and Payroll solutions for small and mid-sized organisations.
