Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
• Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately and providing excellent customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
• Manage multiple drink orders efficiently during busy hours, demonstrating strong time management skills
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment
• Restock bar supplies regularly to keep the bar fully equipped for service
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and enhance the overall guest experience

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, bartending, serving or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
• Strong bartending skills, including basic math for measuring ingredients accurately
• Excellent time management to handle multiple orders during peak times efficiently
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well within a team in a fast-paced setting
• Basic understanding of hospitality principles and customer service excellence
• Must be at least 18 years old (or age as legally required in your location)
