We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Duty Manager to join our friendly team at our busy country pub in the beautiful Peak District.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys leading from the front, and takes pride in creating a warm and memorable experience for every guest.

Whether it’s welcoming walkers after a day on the Peaks, serving locals at the bar, or helping deliver a fantastic dining experience we would love you to be part of family team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the day-to-day running of the pub.
• Leading shifts and motivating the team.
• Delivering excellent customer service.
• Assisting with bar and restaurant operations.
• Handling cashing up, stock control, and opening/closing procedures.
• Helping maintain high standards across the venue.
• Supporting and training team members where needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous hospitality or pub management experience.
• Skilled at scheduling a team.
• A positive, can-do attitude.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Someone who stays calm under pressure and enjoys a busy service.
• Passion for great food, drink, and customer experience.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: £32,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
