Full job description

AESTHETIC DOCTOR

YURON Regenerative Medicine is seeking an exceptional Aesthetic Doctor to join our growing clinical team in London.

YURON is a premium clinic working at the intersection of regenerative, aesthetic, and functional medicine. Our model is diagnostics-led, science-based, and highly personalised, combining aesthetic medicine with a broader understanding of internal health, ageing, inflammation, hormonal balance, tissue quality, and long-term biological outcomes.

We are looking for a clinician with strong aesthetic expertise, refined clinical judgement, and the intellectual depth to work within a premium medical environment where precision, discretion, scientific integrity, and long-term outcomes are central.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

· Delivering high-level consultations for patients presenting with aesthetic concerns related to skin quality, facial ageing, tissue laxity, volume loss, and overall facial harmony.

· Assessing patients comprehensively and developing highly personalised treatment plans based on anatomy, tissue quality, ageing patterns, and broader internal health considerations.

· Performing aesthetic and regenerative procedures within the scope of expertise, with a strong emphasis on natural outcomes, tissue respect, and long-term treatment strategy.

· Interpreting blood tests and other relevant investigations with an understanding of functional medicine principles and wider internal contributors to ageing, inflammation, skin quality, and treatment response.

· Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment to support comprehensive patient care.

· Maintaining excellent standards of clinical documentation, patient communication, consent, aftercare, and follow-up.

· Contributing, where relevant, to the educational and scientific presence of the brand.

Essential Requirements

· Medical degree with relevant training and clinical experience in Aesthetic Medicine.

· Full GMC registration and licence to practise in the UK.

· Minimum 3 years of clinical practice in aesthetic medicine.

· English language proficiency at C1 level or above.

· Deep knowledge of the physiology and anatomy of the skin, soft tissues, face, and neck.

· Strong understanding of modern aesthetic medicine and evidence-based treatment planning.

· Strong critical thinking and analytical ability, including the ability to critically evaluate treatments, devices, and products, and distinguish evidence-based medicine from hype-driven or marketing-led trends.

· Working knowledge of the fundamentals of functional medicine.

· Excellent patient communication skills and a high standard of professional conduct.

· Ability to provide a portfolio of before-and-after work.

Highly Valued

Experience in the following areas will be considered a strong advantage:

· Energy-based devices

· Lasers

· Biofiller

· Fat transfer

· Nanofat

· Fillers

· Skin boosters and regenerative injectables

· Hair restoration and hair-related treatments

· Regenerative and aesthetic medicine

· Functional medicine-oriented clinical practice

The following will also be highly valued:

· MSc and/or PhD qualifications

· Experience in public speaking, lecturing, scientific presentations, conferences, or educational activities

· Experience working within a premium private practice setting

· A thoughtful, restrained, and long-term approach to aesthetic and regenerative medicine

Training and Development

YURON will provide relevant clinical training, including training in the technologies, devices, and treatment protocols used within the clinic.

The role will initially be part-time, with the possibility of progressing into a full-time permanent position in the future.

Application Requirements

To be considered, applicants must submit:

· CV

· Before-and-after portfolio

· A professional photo or links to professional social media / portfolio pages
