Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the café, ensuring a high standard of service and food quality.
  • Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and promoting effective communication.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas.
  • Assist in food preparation and cooking as needed, while also handling customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in a café or restaurant setting
  • Strong team management and leadership skills
  • Background in culinary arts and food safety practices
  • Experience in food preparation and cooking
  • Familiarity with bartending and beverage service
  • Knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service excellence
  • Relevant experience in food production and kitchen operations
