Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Business Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Supply Chain Management (SCM).

Hands-on D365 F&O & SCM experience is mandatory, and this role blends Functional Consultant and Business Analyst duties. This role will focus on Warehousing and Logistics operations, including integrations with fleet management systems.

Key areas of responsibility:

· Business Analysis & Process Design

o Analyse current warehousing and logistics processes, identify gaps, and propose optimized workflows leveraging D365 F&O capabilities.

o Document functional requirements, process flows, and system configurations for warehousing and transportation management.

· D365 F&O & SCM Expertise

o Configure and support Warehouse Management (WMS) and Transportation Management (TMS) modules.

o Ensure seamless integration between D365 and internal fleet management systems for routing, dispatching, and load optimization.

o Hands-on experience and confidence

· Stakeholder Engagement

o Collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

o Act as a liaison between business users and developers to ensure successful solution delivery.

· Data & Reporting

o Develop dashboards and reports for KPIs related to inventory accuracy, order fulfilment, fleet utilization, and delivery performance.

o Support data migration, validation, and testing during system upgrades or new deployments.

· Continuous Improvement

o Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within warehousing and logistics operations and demonstrating productive and commercial value.

Stay updated on D365 F&O / SCM enhancements and recommend adoption of new features.

Key Internal and External Relationships:

· Reporting to the IT Director with a dotted line to the General Manager for Group Logistics & Manufacturing

· Collaborate across departments including Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Finance

· Maintain effective working relationships with ERP support partners, vendors, and external consultants

· Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams

· Reporting to the IT Director with a dotted line to the General Manager for Group Logistics & Manufacturing

· Collaborate across departments including Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Finance

· Maintain effective working relationships with ERP support partners, vendors, and external consultants

· Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams

Key skills and Qualifications:

· Technical Expertise:

o Strong knowledge of D365 F&O & SCM, including Warehouse management and Transportation Management.

o Experience with internal fleet systems and integration with ERP platforms.

o Applied knowledge of bar code scanning and mobile printing.

· Business Acumen:

o Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, production, warehousing, and distribution.

· Analytical & Communication Skills:

o Ability to analyse complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

o Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

· Bonus Skills, Accreditation & Experience:

o Experience with Power BI for reporting and analytics.

o Knowledge of EDI and RFID technologies in warehouse environments.

o Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, IT, or related field.

o Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with D365 F&O / SCM

Experience in manufacturing and logistics environments with internal fleet operations.
