Full job description

We are currently looking for a part time keyholder / supervisor to assist with the management of our Adult gaming centre / Bingo venue.

When you join us as a keyholder, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the venue in the absence of the manager. This will involve providing high levels of customer service and ensuring that the whole team is meeting the same high standard of customer care.

We are looking for a fast learner with good communication skills as you will be required to give our customers a warm welcome and maintain a safe and comfortable environment for them to spend their leisure time.

Our venues operate 9am-11pm 7 days a week so shift patterns will be varied on a rota basis including mornings, afternoons and evenings. Flexibility is important as weekend working will also be required.

Candidate requirements

  • Previous supervisory / management experience.
  • Experience of working within the retail, hospitality or gambling industries.
  • Experience of delivering high levels of customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be aged 18+ due to gambling legislation.

  • Motivating yourself and others in order to maximise profit and drive the business forward.
  • Taking pride in your venue, ensuring that cleanliness and presentation is always to the highest standard.
  • Advertise new products, promotional campaigns and offers using your excellent communication skills.
  • Implement company and industry policies and procedures.
