We have an exciting new vacancy for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at The Waterside Hotel. This 105-bedroom Aberdeenshire hotel is conveniently located just 2 miles from the centre of Peterhead, with easy access to public transportation offering guests a comfortable stay and access to explore the nearby attractions of this charming coastal town.

Your duties will include:

  • Supervising shifts to ensure the smooth running of the food and beverage service areas.
  • Leading with an excellent standard of customer service
  • Assisting with managing the team, including training and developing staff.
  • Serving food & beverages to guests.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised service area.
