Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Sales Negotiator to join my clients' reputable estate agency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a vibrant property market, assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service. Previous experience in property sales is essential. A proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and organisational ability are essential to succeed in this role.
The role will predominately be based in Ashford but also covering areas of The Weald and Maidstone for sales.
Monday to Friday with a day off in the week for 2 Saturdays a month.
Duties
- Engage with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers
- Negotiate offers
- Manage administrative tasks including preparing contracts, updating listings, and maintaining client records
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other industry professionals
- Assist in marketing properties through various channels to maximise exposure
- Coordinate appointments and ensure smooth communication throughout the sales process
- Keep abreast of current market trends and local property values to advise clients effectively
Experience
- At least 1 years sales or lettings experience
- Organisational skills are vital for managing multiple clients and listings efficiently
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for negotiations and client interactions
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
