Full job description

We employ people who put our guests first in everything they do and we are looking for a great person to join our great team. We currently have a vacancy for a 6:30am Start Housekeeper/Cleaner at The Wishing Well, Selby and we would be delighted to hear from you.

As a part of this team, it’s not just about ensuring that the cleaning and preparation of our rooms and public areas exceeds our guest’s expectations, but also managing the business element of the housekeeping division, this involves:

Providing a personal but not intrusive service through the delivery of a high standard of cleanliness and a beautifully maintained environment.

Communicating with the team on a daily basis.

Discussing performance.

Attending regular meetings with the Housekeeping management.

Whatever the task you will ensure the customers receive great service and standards along the way.

Shifts will start at 06:30 or 09:30 and finish when all rooms and common areas have been cleaned, we aim to have this completed by 14:00 due to the check in time.

Experience needed in hotel housekeeping.
