Luxury Yachting Digital Marketplace Solutions Specialist

Full-time | On-Site | YachtBuyer

YachtBuyer is one of the fastest-growing digital platforms in the yachting world, transforming how yachts are listed, marketed and sold online. Our platform connects private sellers, brokers, dealers and shipyards with a global audience - delivering a modern, transparent and premium yacht-buying experience.

We’re looking for a driven, client-focused Solutions Specialist to help drive the growth of YachtBuyer while supporting our expanding community of sellers and partners. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, building client relationships and identifying the right sales and product solutions in a dynamic digital environment, this is the perfect opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of YachtBuyer.

The Role

As our Solutions Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for sellers throughout their listing journey. From onboarding to going live, you’ll guide clients through each step, ensuring their yachts are presented beautifully and their experience is seamless. You’ll review incoming listings, provide helpful guidance, troubleshoot issues and keep everything moving smoothly. You’ll also support the improvement of internal processes and feed insights back to the wider team.

What You’ll Do

  • Support sellers through the onboarding process with clear, friendly communication
  • Manage and maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring leads, listings and client opportunities progress efficiently through each stage
  • Advise clients on the most suitable product solutions, listing packages and platform features to maximise exposure and sales potential
  • Guide clients on best practices for pricing, imagery, presentation and listing quality
  • Manage a busy pipeline of yacht submissions and keep workflows organised
  • Review and quality-check listings to ensure they meet our platform standards
  • Communicate confidently via phone, email, chat and messaging tools
  • Troubleshoot platform queries and provide reassurance and practical solutions
  • Maintain accurate internal records and ensure transparency across the team
  • Provide feedback to improve processes, tools and customer journeys

A Typical Day Might Include

  • Reviewing new listing requests and advising sellers on improvements
  • Managing active opportunities within the sales pipeline and following up with clients to keep momentum moving
  • Recommending the right product solutions and advertising options to help clients achieve better visibility and engagement
  • Calling clients to help refine their images, descriptions or specifications
  • Joining a morning team sync to prioritise featured or time-sensitive listings
  • Using market insight to recommend competitive and realistic pricing
  • Performing final quality checks before listings go live

About You

  • A natural communicator who builds rapport easily and enjoys building long-term client relationships
  • Ultra-organised and detail-driven, with strong multitasking abilities
  • Confident using digital tools, platforms and CRM-style systems
  • Commercially aware, with the confidence to identify sales opportunities and recommend suitable product solutions to clients
  • Comfortable managing client conversations around listings, packages, upgrades and value-driven solutions
  • Proactive and positive, always thinking one step ahead
  • Experience in customer support, customer success, sales support, account management or consultative sales (preferred)
  • Interest in yachting, luxury markets or digital marketplaces (a bonus, not required!)

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

  • Be part of an ambitious team redefining digital yacht sales
  • Join a fast-growing company where your work has a real impact
  • Friendly, collaborative environment where your ideas matter
  • Clear opportunities for career development as the platform scales
  • Supportive onboarding and training to help you succeed
