Warehouse Picker/Packer – Seasonal Role

We're looking for warehouse-based team members to join us for our busy seasonal period, picking and packing orders for our online delivery business. This role is ideal for anyone looking for flexible, short-term work this winter.

The role plays a key part in customer satisfaction and the reputation of Wright Brothers, so we need people with a strong eye for detail who can work quickly and efficiently. As with any warehouse role, you may be asked to take on other tasks and duties to help keep production running smoothly throughout the day.

You must be comfortable working in a cold environment — PPE will be provided.

Key responsibilities:

  • Pack orders to individual customer requirements, handling all products with care.
  • Present customer orders to a high standard.
  • Work as part of a team, including supporting other departments when needed.
  • Flag any quality issues to management that could affect the business or fall short of customer requirements.
  • Go the extra mile to support the team's goals.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience is helpful but not essential.
  • Reliable, flexible, and driven to hit targets.
  • A good team player, open to input and new ways of working.
  • Respectful of colleagues and customers alike.

Hours:
Thursdays and Fridays throughout November and December, 7:30am–4:30pm.
Additional required dates: 19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 29th and 30th December, 6:00am–4:00pm.

Contract: 2-month seasonal contract
Pay: £12.71 per hour
