Job Type - Full time/Permanent

Location – Stratford, London (Office based)

Salary £25,000 - £28,000

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Account management team to understand booking requirements for each event
  • Booking event crew onto shifts using the CRM, liaise with Operation manager, Crew managers for suggestions.
  • Building relationships with new and existing event crew, to understand their strength and weakness.
  • Book the event crew based on logistics, availability and depending on the Crew chief feedback reports.
  • Keeping event crew updated on any shift changes and ensure everyone has got the shift details before end of the day.
  • Ensure that crew are aware of their schedules in advance and address any conflicts or issues promptly.
  • Provide solutions to accommodate last-minute changes.
  • Ensure the jobs are updated in CRM, well maintained.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in Admin/booking and scheduling role (Preferable)
  • Experience using a CRM system(Preferable)
  • Confident and professional phone manner.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Good knowledge of Logistics in London
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Flexible approach, with willingness to work out of hours and weekends on call (Rota basis)
