Support Worker – Nottingham, Derby & Burton upon Trent

Location: Covering Nottingham, Derby & Burton upon Trent
Hours: Full-time, flexible shifts
Competitive salary + mileage allowance

About the Role

Right Care Services is looking for a compassionate and flexible Support Worker to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety — you’ll provide support across our services in Nottingham, Derby and Burton upon Trent, ensuring individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs receive the highest quality of care.

As a Support Worker, you’ll step in where support is needed most, making every day different and rewarding.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide person-centred care and support to people in supported living services.
  • Assist with daily living skills such as cooking, shopping, budgeting, and wellbeing activities.
  • Promote independence, wellbeing, and community inclusion.
  • Build positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.
  • Work flexibly across services in Derby and Burton upon Trent.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:
Caring, reliable, and adaptable
Able to work flexibly and travel between services
A confident communicator and team player
Committed to safeguarding and promoting independence

Preferrable requirements:

  • Full UK driving license and ability to drive
  • Access to your own vehicle (mileage paid)

Experience in care is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided.
