About the Role:
As an Event Ticketing Team member you will be one of the first points of contacts for customers visiting the venues on event days. As a member of our Ticketing team you will provide an excellent customer experience to our customers and clients.
On event days you are responsible for greeting customers and ascertaining their Ticketing requirements which can include, ticket sales, printing pre-paid tickets, ticket collection and providing accurate event information, ensuring ticketing systems and records are maintained and accurate.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints, including in person, via telephone, and email

Provide accurate ticketing services, information, and support, resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally

Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, escalating where appropriate
-
Work collaboratively with Duty Managers and wider teams to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of events

Maintain accuracy across ticketing systems, records, and administrative processes
-
Undertake additional duties as required to support event operations and business needs
-
Support and adhere to all venue security and counter-terrorism measures, including participation in relevant training and information sharing

Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and all relevant legislation, including health and safety requirements

Contribute to the successful implementation of company initiatives and operational standards

Maintain professional standards of appearance in line with company dress code
