We deliver First Aid training to a wide range of clients across the UK, including schools, nurseries, Early Years settings, businesses and large national organisations. We are looking for established trainers who can confidently deliver high-quality, engaging and practical First Aid training while representing Tigerlily to an excellent professional standard.

This role is for experienced First Aid trainers who are already actively delivering training.

To be considered, you must have:

A minimum of 12 months’ active experience personally delivering First Aid training courses to groups of learners
A recognised teaching or training qualification
Current First Aid at Work and Paediatric First Aid qualifications
Your own complete First Aid training equipment suitable for independently delivering courses of up to 12 learners
Your own laptop and portable projector
A full UK driving licence and reliable vehicle
The ability and willingness to travel regionally to client venues
Good availability, including a minimum of two Saturdays per month

Unfortunately, we are unable to progress applications from candidates who do not currently meet the minimum training experience requirement.

Trainer equipment

As a freelance trainer, you will be expected to provide and maintain your own professional training equipment.

Your kit must include, as a minimum:

3 adult training manikins
3 junior training manikins
3 infant training manikins
3 training AED units
AAI training devices
Life-threatening bleeding training equipment
Appropriate First Aid demonstration equipment
Laptop and portable projector

We may ask you to confirm your equipment during the recruitment and onboarding process.

About the role

You will deliver a range of First Aid courses at client premises and Tigerlily open-course venues within your agreed geographical area.

Courses may include:

Paediatric First Aid
Emergency Paediatric First Aid
Emergency First Aid at Work
First Aid at Work
First Aid at Work Requalification
Basic Life Support and other First Aid-related training

You will be responsible for delivering training in line with current Resuscitation Council UK guidance, awarding organisation requirements and Tigerlily lesson plans and procedures.

We are particularly interested in trainers who are confident delivering practical, learner-focused sessions and who can create a professional, supportive and engaging learning environment.
