Freelance First Aid Trainer – Join Our Expert Team!

Tigerlily Training is one of the UK’s leading First Aid Training Providers, trusted nationwide for delivering engaging, practical, and professional training. We’re growing and looking for qualified, dynamic, and passionate freelance trainers to join our team.

What You’ll Bring

• Your own training kit: Laptop, projector, trainer AED's, 9 manikins (3 baby, 3 junior, 3 adult)
• Strong first aid knowledge & a professional approach to training
• AET/PTLLS qualification
• Current FAW/HCPC certificate
• At least 1 year’s First Aid Training experience
• Excellent knowledge of Paediatric First Aid
• Full UK Driving Licence

What You’ll Do

• Deliver interactive, high-quality First Aid Training courses
• Inspire and engage learners to build practical, life-saving skills
• Teach primarily on Saturdays (minimum 2 per month within your region)

Job Details

• Pay: Up to £200/day
• Schedule: 7-hour shift | Weekend availability required
• Work Location: Remote (training delivered in your region)
