I run one of the UK's biggest reselling brands. 250k followers on TikTok, 7.1k+ students through the mentorship. The inbound is already there. What I need is someone who can turn those DMs into booked calls for my closer without burning the lead.

This is high-ticket, so it is not a volume game. I do not want someone firing the same opener at 100 people a day. I want a setter who actually reads the conversation, clocks where the person's head is at, and moves them to a call because it genuinely makes sense for them, not because they got worn down.

What you'll be doing

  • Working inbound DMs and comments from a 250k+ TikTok audience
  • Qualifying leads properly (right fit, right money, right mindset) before they hit the calendar
  • Booking qualified calls for my closer and making sure they actually show up
  • Handling early objections and stalls so the call starts warm, not cold
  • Logging your conversations and numbers so we can both see what is working

Who this is for

  • You have real setting experience and can back it with numbers (booked, show rate, set-to-close, anything that proves it)
  • You understand sales psychology. You can read tone over text, hold a frame, build genuine rapport, and reframe an objection without sounding like a script
  • You are willing to put the hours in. This is not a 30-minutes-a-day side thing
  • You take your time with conversations. You would rather run one great thread that books than ten lazy ones that go nowhere
  • Fluent, natural written English
