Full job description

We are a fast-growing company operating in the UK men's health and hair loss space. We are looking for an exceptional Head of Growth to join us at a pivotal stage of our journey - this is not a standard marketing hire. This person will be the architect of our entire customer acquisition and retention engine, with a clear mandate to scale the business to £20–30M annual revenue.

Who You Are:

You have built and scaled growth systems in subscription-based, high-LTV consumer health or wellness businesses.You have direct experience in the regulated hair loss or men's health prescription category - including products such as minoxidil, finasteride, or equivalent prescription treatments. You understand the nuances of marketing regulated products, patient/customer psychology, and what it takes to profitably acquire and retain customers at scale in the UK market.

If you have never worked in prescription hair loss or men's health — this role is likely not the right fit.

What You'll Own:

  • Full P&L responsibility for customer acquisition and retention
  • Building and managing a cross-functional growth team
  • Overseeing and optimising all paid and organic channels:
  • Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok
  • SEO, CRO, Landing Page Testing
  • Affiliate & Influencer Marketing
  • Email & CRM
  • Subscription economics - driving LTV, reducing churn, improving retention
  • Cohort analysis, funnel optimisation and attribution modelling
  • Managing £50,000-£200,000+ monthly ad budgets

What You Must Know Cold:

If your growth story is purely paid ads with no subscription or retention depth — this role is not for you.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience scaling a DTC subscription business in the UK or comparable market
  • Direct experience in prescription hair loss or men's health category is essential
  • Demonstrable experience managing £50k+ monthly ad budgets
  • Strong understanding of regulated product marketing and compliance
  • Track record of building and leading growth teams, not just executing campaigns
  • Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience across multiple growth channels
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
