Who We're Looking For

We welcome applications from professionals who can leverage existing relationships and identify opportunities within their networks, including:

• Business development and B2B sales professionals
• Independent sales consultants
• Architects and architectural consultants
• Project managers and construction professionals
• Interior designers and fit-out specialists
• Property, development and refurbishment consultants
• Individuals with strong commercial networks and a consultative approach

Industry experience is beneficial but not essential, as full product training and support will be provided.

The Role

As an Independent Business Development Consultant, you will:

• Identify and introduce prospective clients and projects
• Develop opportunities through networking, referrals and direct outreach
• Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations and site visits
• Promote The Wall Shop's solutions using a consultative approach
• Work alongside our technical and delivery teams to develop tailored solutions
• Build long-term relationships with clients, specifiers and decision-makers

What You'll Need

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence engaging with business owners, designers and decision-makers
• A proactive, self-motivated approach
• The ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
• Existing industry contacts or professional networks would be advantageous
