Pay: £175 per day, with the opportunity to increase with progression
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Tiler to join a busy and expanding building contractor based in Cuddington, Cheshire.

The company has ongoing work across multiple projects, including new builds, extensions, renovations and refurbishments. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, skilled tiler looking for consistent work and the chance to build a long-term position within a growing business.

There is genuine potential for the right person to increase their day rate, progress within the company and potentially move into a permanent position.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out tiling work across a variety of domestic building projects, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.

Duties will include:

• Wall and floor tiling
• Tiling kitchens and bathrooms
• Tiling within new builds, extensions and refurbishment projects
• Measuring, cutting and fitting tiles accurately
• Preparing surfaces and ensuring they are suitable for tiling
• Grouting, sealing and finishing work to a professional standard
• Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment
• Working independently and alongside other trades on site

• Immediate start following a successful trial period

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tiler
• Good standard of wall and floor tiling
• Ability to work accurately and independently
• Reliable, professional and hardworking attitude
• Own tools and transport preferred initially
• NVQ desirable but not essential
• CSCS desirable but not essential
• Willingness to complete a short trial period to demonstrate your skills
• Full UK driving licence required for the company van opportunity
