- End-of-tenancy repairs and property preparation.
- Void property refurbishment and turnaround works.

- Liaising professionally with tenants, landlords and our office team.
- Ensuring properties are left clean, tidy and safe following completion of works.

- Experience with rental property maintenance and void refurbishments.
- A recognised qualification in joinery, plumbing or another relevant trade.
- Experience undertaking minor property refurbishment projects.
- Ability to identify when specialist contractors are required.

You should be organised, trustworthy, practical and capable of delivering a consistently high standard of workmanship.
You will be representing 247 Property Scotland Ltd when visiting tenants and landlords, so professionalism and good communication are essential.
