Position Overview:

We are seeking professional, detail-oriented tilers to join our skilled team. As a tiler with MC Pro, you will be working on a variety of projects, from bathrooms and kitchens to commercial flooring installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and ensuring proper alignment.
  • Cut, measure, and lay tiles with precision, ensuring patterns and layouts are accurate.
  • Use adhesives, grout, and other materials efficiently and safely.
  • Ensure all tiling work meets company and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to deliver timely results.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a professional tiler (minimum of 2 years).
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and layouts.
  • Familiarity with different types of tiles (ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, etc.).
  • Physical stamina and dexterity for lifting and working long hours on your feet.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
