Multi Trade Technician

Responsibilities and Duties

Duties and Tasks:

Responsibilities

• Plumbing: Leaks, pipe repairs, tap installations
• Carpentry: Door hanging, cabinetry, frames, wooden flooring
• Bathroom refurbishments: Tiling, tanking, trays, sealing
• Kitchen fittings: Cabinets, sinks, worktops, tiling
• Leak detection and investigation
• Door/window fitting and repairs
• Tiling, vinyl, and laminate flooring
• Shower and wet room installation
• Property renovations and structural repairs
• Basic roofing and skylight repairs
• Basic electrical tasks: alarms, fans
• Exterior and glazing maintenance
• General repairs: hinges, locks, mechanisms

• 3+ years experience across multiple trades
• Full UK driving licence
• Confident communication skills
• Strong problem-solving mindset

As a Multi Tradesman/woman, you will be an essential member of our team, responsible for a variety of tasks across multiple trades. Reporting to your supervisor, your core skills in hand and power tools will be vital in executing projects efficiently. Your premium skills in carpentry, plumbing, roofing, and electrical work will enable you to tackle diverse challenges. Strong communication skills and a valid driving license are essential for coordinating with team members and transporting tools. Pay: £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
