Westons are looking for a reliable, experienced, highly motivated individual to carry out construction works on Void Property Renovation projects as well as tenanted property Responsive Repair Work.

Job Description:
As a Multi-Trader, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks across multiple trades, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within specified deadlines. You will work on a wide range of projects to both void and tenanted properties whether residential or commercial and be a key part of our on-site team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete repairs, maintenance, and installations as required.
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
• Deliver a high standard of workmanship, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional approach at all times, upholding company values and customer service standards.

Trades required for this role include:

• Carpentry: Kitchens, Doors Etc
• Tiling
• Plastering preferred
• Painting and Decorating
• Plumbing: Full Bathroom replacements (DFG Shower pump replacements), toilets, sinks and basins, repair leaks, taps, showers, waste pipes, isolation valves, stopcocks.
• General Property Maintenance
• Ability to lay non slip safety vinyl (Polysafe) flooring. Including cap and cove. (Preferred but not essential)

• Experience of working within the social housing sector
• Problem solving skills and seeking any advise required
• Knowledge of using a PDA (desirable) training will be given
• Follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Multi-Trader or in a similar role.
• Competence in a range of trades such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, and decorating (additional skills are a bonus).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
• A full UK driving license is preferred.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
• A commitment to delivering quality work and excellent customer service.

Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
