The Company

RFM Building Repair carry out works for leading Insurers completing repairs in domestic properties following damage caused by a number of perils. We currently seek a Time served Tiler to join our friendly team of experienced trades undertaking all aspects of building repairs carrying out works predominately in the central belt region of Scotland.

Due to expansion, we are looking for time-served, Tiler on a permanent basis with a passion for quality craftsmanship.

RFM Building Repair is looking for a skilled, time-served Tiler to join our dynamic team on a permanent, full-time basis. You’ll be working in and around the region, delivering top-tier ceramic wall tiling for kitchens, bathrooms, and wet-room projects—always to a snag-free, professional finish.

The successful applicant will be involved in all aspects of Tiling works including domestic and maintenance work, kitchens, bathrooms etc.

The Candidate

To be considered for this role you must be a time-served Tiler with current qualifications. In addition, the following key skills and experience are essential:

  • Experience of working within the insurance sector will be very advantageous.
  • Demonstrable technical competencies, delivering high quality of workmanship
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Awareness of health & safety in the workplace
  • Hardworking with excellent time management, working to targets and pre-determined timescales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, committed to customer care
  • Complete wall tiling in kitchens, bathrooms, to client specifications.
  • Ensure all tiles are securely adhered and placed with precision.
  • Work efficiently and adapt to changing client needs
  • Snag your own work before moving on to the next project

The company will provide the successful candidate with a company vehicle and cover travel expenses.
