Full job description

Full time Permanant position for contracts throughout the NW. Candidates must be time served and have relevant trade qualifications and be experienced in working on occupied and unoccupied domestic properties.

Highest customer care skills required together with a neat and tidy approach to working. Successful candidate will be required to carry out tiling to floors and walls, 1st and 2nd fix plumbing to all aspects of domestic installations, bathrooms, wet rooms, kitchens, showers, central heating etc.

Full clean driving license essential, company vehicle provided, must have all own tools.
Salary negotiable dependant on experience.

Successful applicant must apply for and pass a basic DBS check within 4 weeks of employment, costs will be refunded by employer once DBS check is received.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
