Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and Experienced Tiler to join our dynamic construction team for project work. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of tiling projects across residential and commercial sites. Your expertise will ensure that all surfaces are finished to the highest standards of quality and durability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, showcase your craftsmanship, and contribute to creating beautiful, functional spaces.

Duties

  • Measure and prepare surfaces accurately for tiling installation using hand tools and carpentry skills
  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to execute precise tile layouts
  • Cut tiles with power tools to fit specific spaces while maintaining safety standards
  • Install tiles on floors, walls, backsplashes, and other surfaces with attention to detail and quality
  • Apply construction painting techniques as needed for finishing touches or surface preparation
  • Mix and apply adhesives or grout to secure tiles firmly in place
  • Conduct inspections during and after installation to ensure alignment, levelness, and overall finish quality

Requirements

  • Proven construction experience with a focus on tiling projects in residential or commercial settings
  • Proficiency with hand tools such as trowels, chisels, levels, and measuring tapes
  • Experience with power tools including saws, drills, and tile cutters for efficient work completion
  • Strong knowledge of schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings for accurate installation planning
  • Ability to perform carpentry tasks related to surface preparation or framing when necessary
  • Familiarity with construction painting techniques for surface finishing or touch-ups
  • Excellent attention to detail, safety awareness, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
