Job Overview
Hire A Hubby Property Maintenance has an oversupply of work and our Franchisees simply cannot keep up.

We are looking to employ quality handymen and women to keep up with this huge demand. This is initially a hybrid role of being 'on the tools' and covering some admin with training on our sytems and assistance from our team. Someone, ideally, who is experienced and capable of performing jobs for the first 1-2 months but then is happy to move into a WFH teamleader role managing a team of 3 tradesmen in your area.

You will need to be competent on the tools and be able to turn your hand to most small maintenance and repair work.

• Previous hands-on experience in the maintenance/building and construction industry;
• Carpentry, tiling, painting, labouring, property maintenance or handyman skills/experience;

We are looking for someone who:

• Lives within 20-30 mins drive from Guildford, Surrey.

The WFH role will manage all of the administrative functions including:

• Responding to initial customer inquiries
• Scheduling visits to client properties
• Converting feedback into written quotes where required
• Completing all Invoicing and collecting payments
• Occasional site visits for larger jobs
• Assiting our operatives in the field

Package

• Salary £30000-£35000
• Company vehicle & fuel card - not required once in WFH role

For some, the opportunity to then take the next step into franchise ownership is another option but certainly not essential.
