We are professional, agile, and are an established company specializing in walk in Showers and full bathroom refurbishments. We primarily serve homeowners in the Southampton area, delivering high-quality services with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled plumber/bathroom installers to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have:

• a minimum of 3 years of experience in plumbing
• General plumbing and heating tasks will be part of the responsibilities. Including first and second fix plumbing and some heating , like radiators etc.
• expertise in tiling is needed
• first-fix carpentry.
• Assemble and install structural components based on blueprints and specifications
• Measure, cut, and shape materials to fit the required dimensions
• Operate power tools and hand tools to complete tasks
• Ensure accuracy and quality of work by conducting inspections and tests
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:

- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with tools and equipment

- Previous experience as a fitter, plumber, carpenter, or in a related field is necessary

- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations

- Valid driver's license

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Monday to Friday 8-16:30/9-17:30
• Overtime available on some jobs.

• Own work vehicle and tools essential

• Plumbing: 3 years (essential)

Licence/Certification:

Preferred to live within 10mile radius of Southampton

• Southampton (required)

To summarise: I need a hardworking individual, who has the aptitude to perform at plumbing tasks and tiling, with the ability and desire to progress to other tasks namely, carpentry, decorating, plastering and basic electrical skills, vinyl floor laying and screeding.
