Plumber Multi Skilled Finisher

We have ongoing planned works bathroom and Wet Room programs across the North West, we require a Plumber & Bathroom/ Wet Room installer to collaborate with our team of tradesmen.

We deliver a range of services including bathroom & wet room programs, aids and adaptations, complete property refurbishment and alterations, building repairs and maintenance, voids and planned work programs.

Attributes

· Experience of working on Local Authority / Social housing properties

· Experience of working on Wet Room & bathroom programs as part of a team

· Experience of working on void properties

· Core competencies in plumbing, bathroom & wet room installation and experience of other trades/sectors highly advantageous such as heating, joinery, tiling and floor laying.

· Mentoring of apprentices

· Excellent Communication skills

· Own tools are required

• Full clean UK driving licence
• 5 Years industry experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £15.00-£18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
