Part-time Property Maintenance Engineer – Cambridge
We are seeking a hands-on and versatile engineer to handle a range of property maintenance tasks, from small repairs to assisting with larger refurbishments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in their work, and is committed to delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Carry out general property maintenance tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, decorating, and minor plastering or tiling work.
· Assist in larger refurbishment projects, working alongside our experienced team.
· Respond to maintenance requests efficiently and professionally.
· Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in property maintenance or a relevant trade.
· Competency in a variety of maintenance tasks (e.g. plumbing, joinery, tiling, painting, and decorating).
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
· A full UK driving licence.
