Job Vacancy: Multi-Skilled Plasterer

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Plasterer with additional skills in tiling and basic carpentry to join our growing team. Our work is primarily focused on social housing contracts across South Wales, delivering high-quality repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out all aspects of plastering (skimming, patchwork, rendering)
  • Wall and floor tiling to a high standard
  • Basic carpentry tasks (e.g. door adjustments, skirting, minor repairs)
  • Working in occupied and void social housing properties
  • Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards
  • Maintaining a clean and professional working environment
  • Liaising with tenants and team members professionally

Requirements

  • Proven experience in plastering (essential)
  • Competency in tiling and basic carpentry
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Own tools (preferred but not essential depending on role setup)
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
