Here at Laughton & Wallace Ltd, we have over 50 years of experience in bathroom installations and offer a wide variety of services to our customers including plumbing/boilerinstallations & repairs, heating, tiling, wet room designs, professional advice and delivering a start to finish service. We aim to provide a one-stop-shop solution to all of our clients.

No two days are the same and we are looking to recruitnumerous reliable, ambitious, and well organised plumber/bathroom fitter to join our friendly team of experts. The individual must be self-motivated but works well in a team and is solution based driven. It is imperative while on site that due diligence is met with the up most care and attention to detail. Our focus is to consistently deliver high levels of customer service and exceed our customers expectations.

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous plumbing experience
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence
  • Must pass a CRB check
  • Minimum of NVQ level 2 & 3 in plumbing
  • Minimum of 3 years in bathroom installations first and second fix

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Someone who is confident in handling change and adapting priorities when required
  • Comfortable working independently, as well as in team
  • Professional and customer focused based approach
  • Pride in work
  • Dexterity
  • Competent in fitting wet wall panels
  • Competent in joinery works, forming stud walls, ceiling work, pvc works to bathroom

Desirable:

  • Experience in the forementioned trades would be an advantage but not essential.
