Full job description

– Maintenance Are you an experienced Multi Trader with strong skills across kitchens, bathrooms, plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating? Do you take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service?

CONMAX.LTD is seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join a well-established maintenance contractor working on diferent project. The role involves reactive and planned maintenance across occupied and void properties .

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Multi Trader who is confident working independently, managing their own workload and delivering a high standard of workmanship.

Job Responsibilities

  • Carry out reactive and planned maintenance within Care Homes and private
  • Complete kitchen and bathroom repairs and maintenance
  • Full kitchen & Bathroom installs
  • Undertake carpentry and general building repairs
  • Carry out basic plumbing repairs and installations
  • Complete painting, decorating and tiling works
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship across all jobs
  • Provide professional customer service to residents
  • Manage daily workloads effectively and work independently
  • Internal & Exterior Repairs
  • General building works

Skills & Knowledge Required

  • Proven experience working as a Multi Trader within maintenance or social housing preferred
  • Strong skills across kitchens, bathrooms, carpentry and general repairs
  • Competent plumbing, tiling, painting and decorating skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable, professional and well organised
  • DBS check will be carried out if successful
  • Live with a 15mile radius of Havant
  • Must have driving license

Pay: £180.00-£200.00 per day

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Havant: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Multi Trade : 1 year (preferred)

Language:

  • English (required)
