Full job description

  • Carry out full wetroom installations and disabled adaptations within occupied social housing properties
  • Complete all preparation works for level access wetrooms including breaking out existing floors, modifying joists where required, and preparing subfloors
  • Install wetroom formers, gravity drains, and pumped waste systems in line with manufacturer specifications and site requirements
  • Set correct floor falls and drainage levels to ensure effective water flow and compliance with wetroom installation standards
  • Carry out installation and connection of shower pump systems and associated plumbing works where required
  • Prepare floors ready to receive vinyl flooring installation by specialist flooring contractors
  • Install sanitary ware, shower screens, grab rails, wall boarding, shower seating, and associated wetroom accessories
  • Ensure all wetroom installations are watertight, level, and completed to disabled adaptation specifications and client requirements

Disrepair & Multi-Trade Works

  • Undertake disrepair and refurbishment works within occupied social housing properties
  • Carry out multi-trade works including plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling, painting & decorating, and floor preparation and repairs
  • Complete all works in line with company standards, client specifications, and health & safety regulations
  • Work professionally within tenanted homes, maintaining cleanliness and minimising disruption to residents
  • Communicate effectively with tenants, supervisors, and office staff regarding work progress and any issues encountered
  • Accurately complete job sheets, reports, and photographic records using company systems
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good working order

Pay: £200.00 per day
