Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a vast knowledge and experience in maintaining residential properties and will be adept at handling a variety of repair tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct maintenance and repair tasks across various residential properties.

Address and resolve issues related to plumbing, joinery, painting, tiling, roofing, and other general repairs.

Ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed to the highest standard.

Work closely with property owners and tenants, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction with work completed.

Adhere to all safety protocols and standards while performing tasks.

Provide timely feedback and reports to management on ongoing tasks and projects.

Requirements:
