Full job description

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Level Access Shower Fitter to join our growing team. To install, adapt, and refurbish level-access showers and wet rooms in domestic and social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally, and to a high standard. The role involves working closely with tenants, occupational therapists, supervisors, and other trades to deliver bathroom adaptations that improve accessibility and independence for service users.

Key Responsibilities

· Install level-access showers, wet rooms, and bathroom adaptations.

· Carry out plumbing works, including pipework modifications and shower installations.

· Remove existing bathroom fixtures and prepare areas for adaptation works.

· Install shower trays, wall panels, flooring, screens, grab rails, and associated fittings.

· Undertake basic tiling, carpentry, plastering, and finishing works where required.

· Ensure all installations comply with current building regulations, water regulations, and company standards.

· Complete work within agreed timescales and budgets.

· Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy work environment.

· Accurately complete job sheets, risk assessments, and other required documentation.

· Report defects, additional works, or health and safety concerns to management.

· Provide courteous and professional customer service, particularly when working in occupied homes

Experience:

  • Good plumbing & bathroom installation: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Full UK driving licence (required)
