Maintaining our homes: Skilled Labourer at Kingdom Group

Our Asset Operations Team works together to provide a high quality maintenance and repair service for the Kingdom Group.
To support this vital work, we’re recruiting for a Skilled Labourer. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation where your skills will help to maintain homes within the Kingdom Group, supporting our vision of Great Homes, Services, People, and Communities.
The Role
As a Skilled Labourer, you’ll:
- Carry out ceramic tiling replacements and repairs.
- Carry out clearance of properties, gardens, communal bin stores and general common areas.
- Work as part of the Asset Operations team to deliver exceptional customer service and experience.

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Experience in a labouring role
- Experience of general builders work such as slabbing, brickwork, roughcasting and roofing
- Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations
