The Role

Do you enjoy talking to people, solving problems, and being part of a team that genuinely cares about its customers?

We're looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. You'll be at the heart of the customer journey, helping businesses bring their packaging ideas to life while delivering an exceptional experience from first enquiry through to final delivery.

No two days are the same. One minute you'll be helping a startup launch its first product range, the next you'll be supporting a major brand with a large packaging order.

What You'll Be Doing:

Building Great Customer Relationships

  • Becoming a trusted point of contact for our customers via phone, email and live chat.
  • Helping customers find the right packaging solutions for their business.
  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience at every stage of the journey.
  • Building long-term relationships that encourage repeat business.

Bringing Orders to Life

  • Preparing quotes, processing orders and managing customer projects.
  • Coordinating digital mock-ups and artwork approvals.
  • Keeping customers informed and excited throughout the process.
  • Ensuring every order runs smoothly from enquiry to delivery.

Solving Problems & Making Things Happen

  • Finding solutions when challenges arise.
  • Working closely with Design, Production, Warehouse and Logistics teams.
  • Helping expedite deliveries and exceed customer expectations.
  • Looking for ways to improve processes and customer experience.

Salary:

£26,500per annum

OTE £32,500 uncapped commission
