Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and talented Pasta Chef to become an integral part of our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pasta-making, a deep appreciation for Italian cuisine, and a desire to craft exceptional homemade pasta dishes that elevate our unique Italian-Japanese fusion concept. We’ve built a dedicated pasta lab in Osteria, to ensure we can create the best handmade pasta.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and produce a variety of fresh pasta daily, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency in texture and flavor.
  • Create and develop unique pasta dishes that reflect our innovative approach to Italian-Japanese cuisine.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure all dishes are executed with precision and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor ingredient stock levels and assist in ordering to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
  • Contribute to menu brainstorming sessions and seasonal updates with creative pasta concepts.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on pasta techniques and preparation.
  • Uphold a five-star hygiene rating by strictly following sanitation and allergen management protocols.
