About you?

Passionate about great food and service.

Previous Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager experience required.

Organisation.

Strong communicator in a kitchen team of 15 Chefs.

Confident in managing a kitchen to deliver 2000 covers a week.

Hands on Chef who can operate in all sections of a working kitchen.

Knowledge of steak, and grilling experience.

Fully competent in all areas of Health and Safety.

5-star cleanliness and food safety standards.

Competent in building schedules and controlling labour costs.

A strong focus on accurate orders, stock control and delivering profit.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and cooking.
  • Lead and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to enhance culinary skills.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory and manage food production to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
