Full job description

Hospitality Supervisor

Location: London

Restaurant Associates is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Hospitality Supervisor to join one of our London operations.

Working closely with the management team, you’ll help oversee the day-to-day delivery of restaurant service and workplace hospitality, you’ll lead from the front, support your team during busy periods and ensure every guest receives a warm, professional and memorable experience.

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are quite the same. You’ll help create a positive working environment, maintain excellent standards and make sure the operation runs smoothly from setup through to the end of service.


What you’ll be doing
  • Leading and supporting the front-of-house team
  • Coordinating daily hospitality and event services
  • Maintaining high standards of service and presentation
  • Supporting training, rotas and team communication
  • Ensuring safety and hygiene procedures are followed
What we’re looking for

You’ll have previous supervisory experience within hospitality, contract catering, restaurants or events. You’ll be organised, reliable and confident dealing with both guests and colleagues.

Most importantly, you’ll have a genuine passion for hospitality, a positive approach and a willingness to get involved. You’ll enjoy leading by example and helping your team deliver its best every day.
