Experienced Server/Sommelier – Join One of London’s Best Wine Bars!

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Server/Sommelier to join our flagship Borough Market wine bar. Set in London’s most iconic food market, our vibrant three-storey bar with a bustling market terrace offers hundreds of wines and a menu of highly seasonal, delicious small plates.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a fast-paced, service-driven wine bar or restaurant.
  • A natural people person – empathetic, team-focused, and thrives in hospitality.
  • A genuine passion for great wine and food – WSET Level 2 or equivalent is a strong plus.
  • Detail-oriented and guest-obsessed – delivering outstanding service every time.
