General Manager – Busy Town Centre Pub

We’re looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead one of our busy town centre pubs.

This isn’t a role for someone who simply keeps things ticking over. We’re looking for a natural leader with personality, energy and fresh ideas. Someone who loves hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to create a pub that people talk about for all the right reasons.

You’ll be responsible for leading and developing a fantastic team, driving sales, delivering outstanding customer experiences and bringing new ideas to keep the business exciting and relevant. We want someone who isn’t afraid to think outside the box, challenge the norm and make their mark.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has previous General Manager experience in a high-volume pub, bar or restaurant.
  • Is a confident, hands-on leader who inspires their team.
  • Has a passion for great food, drinks and exceptional service.
  • Is commercially minded and understands how to grow sales and profitability.
  • Is creative, proactive and full of ideas for events, promotions and community engagement.
  • Leads from the front with positivity, professionalism and plenty of personality.

In return, you’ll join a growing independent business where your ideas are genuinely listened to, you’ll have the freedom to make a real impact, and your success will be recognised and rewarded.

If you’re ambitious, full of energy and ready to take ownership of a thriving town centre venue, we’d love to hear from you.

To apply, please send your CV along with a short introduction telling us why you’d be the perfect fit.

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
