Salary: £12.71 - £12.96 per hour

As a Care Assistant at Three Bridges Nursing Home, you’ll be a vital part of our dedicated care team. You’ll support residents with their daily needs, always treating them with dignity, respect, and kindness. Your responsibilities will include:


What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene
  • Supporting residents in meaningful activities, leisure outings, and appointments
  • Serving meals and refreshments with warmth and courtesy
  • Maintaining a clean, pleasant, and welcoming environment
  • Observing and reporting changes in residents’ physical or emotional wellbeing
  • Acting as a key worker for a group of residents, ensuring care is tailored to their individual preferences
  • Supporting new team members and contributing to a positive team culture
